Station plan change

The change in the site plan meets the needs of the production of small house lots, which enables population growth. The need to change the site plan was based on the possibility identified in the study "Possibilities for supplementing private house construction in a built-up area" (March 23.3.2011, XNUMX) to study the conversion of Y-plots, which are unnecessary for their current purpose, into housing. With the change in the site plan, the undeveloped plot of a public building located along Upokkantie was converted to residential use.
