Station plan change

The change in the site plan aims to promote the economic viability of the area, which has been undeveloped for a long time, in addition to the urban design goals. The purpose of the plan change is to enable the realization of four 4-5-storey residential buildings in the area between Piikinmäki puisto and Kulmala puistokatu.

The plan change is based on the reference plan drawn up by the landowner. In the plan, the area's building rights are massed into separate point houses instead of a unified building mass. In other respects, the plan solution presented is based on the solutions according to the current site plan.

  • The site plan change has been made at the landowner's request. The site plan work is done as a consultant under the guidance and supervision of the city of Riihimäki. The applicant is responsible for all the costs of preparing the site plan and the costs incurred by the city.

    The planning area consists of two plots owned by HG Paloheimo Oy, with a total area of ​​approximately 7 m². In addition, the planning area includes a street square called Kopparinaukio owned by the city, which has an area of ​​approximately 050 m².

  • The City Council has approved the site plan change application and made a zoning decision on the Sieppari 1 site plan change on 19.9.2022 September 317 (§ 19.9.2022). The city of Riihimäki and the land owner have agreed on the initiation of zoning in accordance with the decision of Section 318 of XNUMX.
