Station plan change

The purpose of the site plan change was to zone the privately owned park area along Jussilantie for small house housing. Six detached house lots were assigned to the area. With the plan change, the connection from Jussilantie to Kirjaus park was preserved.

    The plan change was undertaken at the request of the landowner. The zoning work was done as a consultant under the guidance and supervision of the city of Riihimäki. A land use agreement was drawn up in connection with the site plan and changes to the site plan.
