Schools

Riihimäki has nine comprehensive schools and an upper secondary school. Six of the comprehensive schools provide education mainly for grades 1–5 and three for grades 6–9. In Riihimäki, robotics is seen as the general education of the future, and therefore it is taught to all children from early childhood education to upper secondary school.
