Course fees and invoicing
Courses lasting the entire academic year are invoiced in two installments, the first installment in the fall semester and the second installment in the spring semester. When you register, you agree to pay the course fee for the entire academic year. The course fee does not cover any material fees.
Once the course has started, we will send you a payment link to your email, through which you can pay online, with Epass, Edenred or Smartum. The payment link is valid for 7 days, after which it will close. If you have not used the payment link during its validity period, we will send you a paper invoice. After the course has been invoiced, other payment methods will no longer be considered.
If the course takes place, we will not refund already paid course fees. Unpaid course fees will be collected like other city bills.
Courses cannot be paid upon registration or before the course begins.
