Registration

You can also register for the art school in the middle of the school year online, by phone and at the office of the adult education center at Puistikko 5. Welcome to the art school!

Student's contact information

All information about the art school, including the cancellation of a lesson due to a teacher's illness, is sent to the students' guardians by text message or email. That's why, in addition to the student's contact information, we need the guardian's mobile phone number and email address, so that all information will always be received. It is also important for safety reasons that the contact information of the students' guardians is always up to date.

Implementation of teaching

At least a minimum number of students must have registered for the group one week before the start of the lesson. The student's presence at the first meeting is important for the implementation of the teaching. If the group shrinks, we have to consider combining the groups, deviating from the curriculum. If the group cannot be started (the minimum number is not met), we will notify you by text message or email.

Billing of course fees

Course fees are invoiced in two installments, the 1st installment in the fall semester and the 2nd installment in the spring semester. We will send a payment link to your e-mail, which you can use to pay the bill in the online bank. The payment link is valid for seven days and closes automatically. If the payment link has not been used during its validity period, we will send a paper invoice home. Unpaid course fees will be collected like other city bills.
