The technical board decided to support the reception center's customers in public transport and swimming in 2024

At its meeting on December 19, the technical board decided to support the reception center's customers by offering them the right to free R traffic (local traffic in Riihimäki) and free entrance to the land pool. The benefit is valid until 2024. You are entitled to the benefit on 1.1. from a person presenting a valid reception center customer card.

Most of the clients of the Riihimäki reception center are Ukrainians who fled the war of aggression against Russia.

Maauimala will be a Kaikukortti destination next year as well

In the same meeting, the technical board decided that Riihimäki's inland swimming pool will be a Kaikukortti destination also in 2024. Therefore, the Kaikukortti will have free entry to the inland swimming pool next year as well.

The goal of Kaikukortti is to improve the opportunities for all young people, adults and families in financially tight situations to participate in cultural life. In Riihimäki, the card also includes a land-based swimming pool.

The land pool will serve for an extended season in the summer of 2024 while the swimming hall is under renovation.
