§ 1

Youth facilities, where youth services organize activities and grant usage shifts, are mainly intended for youth activities as gathering places for people under the age of 18. When using the space, there must be an adult person responsible for the shift named when booking the space.

§ 2

Actions and behavior in the premises must be relevant. The activity must not offend or discriminate against anyone.

§ 3

The use and possession of alcohol and other intoxicating substances in and in the immediate vicinity of youth facilities is prohibited for all users of the facilities.

§ 4

Smoking and the handling of tobacco products are prohibited for all users of the facilities in the youth facilities, their yard areas and in the immediate vicinity.

§ 5

Drinking and possessing energy drinks is prohibited for all users of the facilities in the youth facilities.

§ 6

The user and renter of the facility ensures that the places are left clean and tidy after use. The user and renter of the space is responsible for all damages caused to the movable property and the property.

Damages incurred during the shift are covered by the user. The user is responsible for all damages that the staff, performers or participants cause to the property or its movable property. The user also undertakes not to use the premises for any purpose that is prohibited by Finnish legislation or is against good manners.

§ 7

Youth Services is not responsible for the user's own belongings on the premises.

§ 8

If the farm or its furniture suffers damage, they and other necessary repairs and deficiencies must be immediately reported to the farm's youth counselor.

§ 9

The administrator responsible for the use and order of the youth facility (youth counselor) has the right to order a person, association, community or other users of the facilities either a permanent or temporary ban on the use of the youth house/facility, if the user of the facility does not comply with the rules of order of the youth facilities or otherwise interferes with other use of the building with repeated warnings despite this, continues to break the rules or to act in a disruptive way.

The youth services manager decides on the use of the unit's premises and opening hours in accordance with established criteria.
