| City / Uramo TOI categories (formerly YPR) | Special education facilities for TOI classes (teaching by activity area) will be built as an extension to the Uramo school and daycare center property. The project involves a zoning change for the plot in question. The new facilities will replace the facilities currently in the prefabricated building of the Lasitehdaan school. Previously, the operation has been called YPR, or small group individual education. The construction phase of the project will begin in 2026 and the goal is to complete the facilities in 2027. | Old Town Hall, renovation | The old town hall on Kalevankatu will be renovated to accommodate the services of the South Häme Employment Area (EHTA). | Renovation of the Finnish Glass Museum | The project plan and renovation plan for the renovation of the Finnish Glass Museum will be prepared in 2026, and the renovation is planned to be implemented in 2027-2029. | Renovation of the outdoor swimming pool | The preliminary project plan for the renovation of the above-ground swimming pool has been submitted to the City Council, but it has not been approved (KH 25.9.2023 § 279). The plan is to review the project plan and its costs in 2026. The plan is to submit the plan to the City Council for approval and to obtain a planning permit for the implementation design of the basic renovation of the above-ground swimming pool. According to the investment plan, the basic renovation would be implemented in 2028–2029. The planned steel pool solution aims for a service life of 30–50 years for the pools.
