Premises for which the city itself has no use can be rented (so-called long-term rental) to companies and communities or, if necessary, sold.

Tilakeskus is responsible for the administration of the city's premises. The city's premises program outlines the ownership, management, rental or other acquisition of the city's premises and real estate. In addition, the facility program outlines the general main principles of facility maintenance and other measures. The city government decides on the premises program.
