Request for tenders for renting a maauimala kiosk
Riihimäki city's technical service center's property center is offering Riihimäki maauimala's kiosk premises for rent for the summer season 2021. Maauimala is visited by approximately 30 visitors each year. The sports and ball fields of the sports park are located next to Maauimala.
Maauimala is open on Mondays and from Wednesday to Friday from 6 am to 20 pm and on Tuesdays from 13 pm to 20 pm and on weekends from 10 am to 17 pm. The opening hours of the kiosk must always be negotiated with the landlord.
The city makes the existing kiosk furniture available to the tenant. The entrepreneur is responsible for acquiring the necessary machines and equipment for the kiosk. The area of the kiosk is about 20 m².
The tenant is responsible for the necessary dishes, the machines and equipment needed to run the kiosk, the cash register system, cleanliness, electricity consumption, water and waste water and waste management consumption fees, and the official and other permits needed to run the business. Both parties are responsible for insuring their own property.
The rental of the maauimala kiosk starts when the maauimala opens on 31.5.2021 May 2021 (if Korona allows) or at a time to be agreed separately. The contract for renting the kiosk is made for a fixed period to last the summer season 31.7.2021 (opening hours of the maauimala until July XNUMX, XNUMX, depending on the corona).
The International Wilderness Fair will be organized at the beginning of August 2021 in the surroundings of the swimming pool, if the corona epidemic allows it. During the erämessi, the swimming hall and the ground pool are used by the fair. It is also possible for the tenant to keep the kiosk open during the batch fair, if the fair can be held in August depending on the corona situation.
The tenant must leave half a month's rent guarantee with the city in connection with the lease agreement.
In the offer, we ask you to state the monthly rent without value added tax (VAT is added to the rent).
In addition, we ask you to indicate which services and products the entrepreneur offers and a brief description of the services offered. We require previous cafe/restaurant entrepreneurial experience.
The offer must be accompanied by a certificate of paid taxes and social security contributions, as well as a certificate from the insurance company on the payment of statutory insurance contributions, if there has been business activity in the past. The certificates must not be older than 2 months from the date of submission of the offer. The offer must include the contact information of the person submitting the offer, including their email address and phone number. The decision on the selection will be notified by e-mail.
The offer comparison and selection is made based on the rent, service and products presented in the offer.
The city reserves the right to freely accept or reject the offers made.
A written rental offer must be submitted in a sealed envelope by 7.4.2021:10.00 a.m. on Wednesday, April XNUMX, XNUMX to Riihimäki city, space center, VO Mäkinen katu 2, 11120 Riihimäki. On the shell is the logo "Maauimala kioski".
Presentation of the object: Due to the corona situation, we only organize private screenings. The bidder is asked to agree on the displays with the property manager.
