The City of Riihimäki helps job seekers living in Riihimäki find jobs or study opportunities. We support you in implementing your personal employment plan, for example, in finding a job and a place to study, and in starting an employment relationship.
Job seeker services include job coaching, which we tailor to the customer's needs and wishes. We also offer summer jobs in the city for young people. The Riihimäki Recycling Center also operates as part of our employment services. There you can try a completely new field, test your own resilience or increase your work experience and skills.
We strive to connect job seekers and employers, which is why we work closely with local employers. We support both job seekers and employers in matching jobs and employees. We also work closely with educational institutions and the South Häme Employment Area (EHTA).
How do I get access to the city's job training?
The employment services offered by the City of Riihimäki are completely voluntary and free of charge for you. Our employment services complement the services of the employment area and meet your specific needs. We can discuss the issues you are thinking about once or start a multi-stage employment process with you, according to your wishes and needs.

Register as a job seeker primarily in the Työmarkkinatori Asiointi service. In Työmarkkinatori you will find information, services and job vacancies related to working life. When you log in to Työmarkkinatori Asiointi service, you can create, for example, a job search profile.
