Job seeker services

The primary task of the employment services of the city of Riihimäki is to help jobseekers in the municipality find work or study opportunities.

Employment services assist job seekers in finding a job, studying, working experience, and wage subsidy work, and in starting an employment relationship. The ultimate goal of all our services is to promote the job seeker's employment and/or vocational training.

Employment services support the employment of local residents together with the South Häme employment area, which provides government services. In cooperation with local employers, the aim is to combine work and work. The city's job coaches support both employers and job seekers in matching jobs and employees.

Recycling center offers municipal residents, in addition to wage-subsidized work, various employment measures in a wide variety of positions. A job seeker can try a completely new field at Kierrätyskeskus, test their own ability to cope or increase their work experience and skills.

Summer jobs The city of Riihimäki offers it to more than a hundred young people every year, for many of whom it is their first experience in working life. Summer employment for young people is also supported by paying companies that employ young people summer job support.
