    The job coach has the opportunity to support the employer also in other matters of the employment relationship, for example in drawing up an employment contract, training planning and using different forms of support. The job coach has the opportunity to respond flexibly to the changing needs of working life, for example by participating in customer acquisition and coordination of targeted recruitment trainings.

  • Employment services help employers by arranging work trial relationships with job seekers and employment authorities (EHTA services). A work trial is often a justified opportunity to start a successful working life partnership.

    A work trial is not an employment relationship. No salary is paid during the period, and it does not accrue annual leave or pension. The organizer of the work trial is responsible for the guidance and supervision of the person participating in the work trial throughout the work trial. The person participating in the work trial is not covered by the employer's occupational health care or insurance; the South Häme employment region is responsible for insurance.

    In a work trial, a person can find out their career choice and career options or their possibilities to return to the labor market or apply for a new field. In addition to labor market support, Kela pays nine euros in compensation for the work trial day.
