The work trial of TE services is often a justified opportunity to start a successful journey together in working life. A work trial is not an employment relationship. No salary is paid during that time, and no annual vacation days or pension are accrued. The work trial organizer takes care of the guidance and supervision of the work trial participant throughout the work trial.
