The environmental health monitoring plan 2025 is available for comment

The environmental health of Etelä-Häme is preparing a control plan for the years 2025–2028. The plan concerns the inspection and sampling activities in accordance with the Veterinary Care Act, the Health Protection Act, the Food Act and the Tobacco and Medicines Act, as well as other tasks related to the environmental healthcare industry.

Environmental healthcare legislation requires the preparation of a control plan, for example in connection with systematic inspection and sampling. In addition to the legislation, the drafting and content of the municipalities' control plan is guided by the joint national control program for environmental healthcare and the national control programs for the years 2025–2028.

The control plan concerns the environmental health care control of the cities of Riihimäki and Forssa and the municipalities of Janakkala, Jokiointe Tammela, Lope, Hausjärvi, Humppila and Ypäjä.

Municipalities and actors can ask for information about the starting point and goals of the case's handling and express their opinion on the matter.
