The VIP event filled up in record time - Thrower Janne Kataja invited 1 people from Riihimäki to Riihimäki

The VIP event intended for people with the surname Riihimäki in the city of Riihimäki filled up quickly. Riihimäki's official Introvert Janne Kataja sent a letter to all Finns living outside Riihimäki whose last name is Riihimäki.

"With the letter, we sent instructions on registering for the VIP event. Fifty people from Riihimäki signed up for the event in a few days. The popularity surprised us, so we are considering organizing additional places", says Riihimäki's communications and marketing manager Mia Miettinen.

All Riihimäkis can still register for the VIP event organized in connection with the Lempi love festivals using the instructions that came with the letter. The city will communicate about the event and additional places no later than June.

In the second week of May, Kataja sent a total of 1 letters to different parts of Finland. Most people with the Riihimäki surname live in Uusimaa, Pirkanmaa, South Ostrobothnia and Central Finland.
