Agricultural plots for rent

The City of Riihimäki is renting 25 50 square meter soil cultivation plots from Peltosaari. From the park in Bad SegebergThe rent is 20 euros per year.

Apply for columns by email by February 28, 2025. tarja.kantola@riihimaki.fi or by post to the address City of Riihimäki, Keskusvarikko, VO Mäkinen katu 2, 11120 Riihimäki. The message must include your name, address and telephone number. Write the code “cultivation plots” on the envelope. Plots will be drawn if there are more applicants than plots. The rent will be invoiced afterwards.

The area is unfenced and there is no city supervision. Irrigation water is available from a nearby park pond or the Vantaanjoki River. The entire plot area will be cultivated in the spring, weather permitting, and the plots will be marked, after which cultivation can begin. No perennial plants or any equipment used in cultivation may be left on the plots for the following year, but they must be removed by the end of October. Parking in the park is prohibited.
