Answer the survey about the Peltosaari park complex

Planning for the renewal of the Peltosaari park complex is about to begin.

Peltosaari residents and park users can participate in the planning by responding for a short survey. The survey is open until January 8, 2025.

The Peltosaari park complex consists of the Karlskoga playground, the plot of the former kindergarten to the south of it, which is zoned as a park, the Gus-Hrustalnijn park, where the Peltosaari market is located, and the park to the south of it, which continues to Väinö Sinisalo street. The plot of the demolished Peltosaari school is not included in the planning area.

The general plan and the reference plans of the station area serve as the initial data for the park complex. The goal is to make the Peltosaari park a comfortable and unique place where you can play, move and stay, taking into account the need for the Peltosaari stormwater flood route.

The master plan for the park complex and the construction plan for the Karlskoga playground will be completed during 2025. A more detailed implementation schedule for the park has not yet been decided.
