Respond to the customer survey for cultural and event services

The City of Riihimäki's Cultural and Event Services invites all culture lovers to respond to a customer survey. The customer survey is used to find out the thoughts and wishes of city residents about the services provided by the Cultural and Event Services and to collect feedback for the development of the services.

Answer the survey on the Zef platform.

“We would like to hear development ideas that we could take into account in planning and developing our activities in the coming years,” says Lyti Aaltonen, responsible cultural producer.

The customer survey is open until November 30, 2025. The survey will be answered anonymously. If you wish, you can participate in the raffle for a Christmas treat package.

The survey is conducted every two years. The last time, in 2023, approximately 250 people responded to the survey.
