The Finnish Growth Corridor's campaign is coming to Riihimäki
In the Suomi Liikkeelle program launched by the government, Finns' ability to act is put in the center and ways are sought to promote movement and well-being.
In order to support this important message of exercise and vitality, the Finnish Growth Corridor, the Finnish Olympic Committee, the Finnish Entrepreneurs and the Finnish Association of Fitness and Health Sports Centers have decided to jointly implement a nearly three-week long exercise focused on vitality, growth and the joy of movement, where you move with your muscles through the growth corridor's locations from Seinäjoki to Helsinki. Riihimäki is also involved in the excitement as part of Finland's growth corridor.
Tempaus set off from Seinäjoki on May 31. The message stick will travel almost 400 kilometers to Helsinki, where it will arrive on June 19. The purpose is to take the message of movement from one place to another using muscle power: walking, cycling, dancing, kicking and so on.
On the journey, a concrete relay is carried along, where the messages of movement are collected. The race will arrive at Riihimäki on June 13 at 11 a.m., when the special physical education instructor Anne-Mari Vallioniemi will receive the baton. A message from the city of Riihimäki will be added to the message stick, and it will be handed to Lope on the same day at 15.30:XNUMX p.m.
The message stick with the messages will be handed over to the Parliament Building in Helsinki on the last day of the rapture, June 19, 2024.
The Finnish Growth Corridor is a regional development cooperation network stretching from Helsinki to Seinäjoki, which forms Finland's most vibrant and competitive housing and growth zone.
