Riemu museums offer cake coffees on Riihimäki Day, September 11, from 13 p.m

The Riihimäki City Museum and the Riihimäki Art Museum combined their space and functions at the beginning of 2024 at Temppelikatu 8, and the joint name of the museums was chosen as Riemu Museums.

In honor of the union, the Riemu museums offer their visitors cake coffees on Riihimäki Day, September 11, from 13 p.m. Cake is available for the first 100 while supplies last. In addition, at the art museum's Helenen Salongissa exhibition and the city museum's Antrea exhibition, guides will be present to answer visitors' questions at 13−14. Riemu museums have free access throughout the day.

Now is still time to get to know the art museum's exhibitions Aino-Maija Metsola − fabrics, Illustrations and works and Two faces − Artists' self-portraits and the city museum's exhibition Visiting cards − Visiting card images from the city museum's collections. The exhibitions end on Sunday, September 15.
