The winter timetables are valid until June 1, 2025.

Key changes in R traffic schedules and routes

Small changes have been made to the routes or schedules of several R transport lines. The changes make it easier for the lines to stay on schedule.

There are changes in the train station stops of lines 1–4 of the R transport. The new departure stops can be found schedule publication.

Line 1 does not run on weekdays from 12.15:14.15 to 1:12.30 via Lemmenmäki. Line 13.30 no longer takes a break on weekends between XNUMX:XNUMX and XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.

The new terminus of line 2 is the garrison stop. The bus no longer goes to the prison turning point. At the same time, the garrison's schedules are slightly earlier.

In the future, Line 3 will not always run to Merkos via Kalevankatu. When Kalevankatu is missed, the line runs through the Paloheimonkatu stop. Line 3A runs from the railway station to Merkos via Kalevankatu and 3B from Merkos to the railway station via Kalevankatu.

The route and timetables of line 5 will change somewhat. In addition, the option to order will be removed from the line. Line 6 is completely removed. The reason behind the changes is the decrease in the number of school children.

The return routes of line 7 Metsäkorvi and Vasikkaha will change slightly. In addition, the bus runs through Metsäkorpe's Pohjolanrinne school in the afternoon.

Line 8's 7 o'clock departure to Korttionmäki will be discontinued. There have been very few passengers on the turn.

Line 13 starts as a new line to the Kaunola industrial area.

Service lines 11 and 12 will no longer be able to order. At the same time, their schedules change slightly. Service line 11 now also goes to Joosepinkuja.

You can find the winter season schedules of all lines with stops From the schedule publication of R-traffic.

At the beginning of the summer, R-kyyt single tickets had the right to change. The one-time ticket is valid for 60 minutes from the moment of purchase. The right of exchange does not apply to trips paid in connection with the order.

Please also note that since the beginning of the summer, a fee of one euro (€1) has been charged for transporting a bicycle, electric scooter or other similar means of transport on an R bus. The surcharge does not apply to aids such as prams and wheelchairs.

Changes to school and student tickets

If another person collects the code on his behalf, he must have the student's identity card or Kela card with him. The student must be prepared to prove his age if, based on his appearance, he can be thought to be over 19 years old. The ticket is paid in the Routes and Tickets application.
