The R-traffic operator will change on March 1, 2026

Vekka Group Oy, the current operator of R-liikentien, has made a business transaction, as a result of which the operator of R-liikentien will change on March 1, 2026.

Lehdon Liikenne Oy, which has previously operated the entire R-liikenne system, will start as the new operator. Lehdon Liikenne currently operates line 5. From the beginning of March, Lehdon Liikenne will operate all R-liikenne lines and R-kiyti.

The change will not have a significant impact on Riihimäki's local traffic, or R-traffic. Traffic will continue to operate according to the current timetables and, for example, ticket products will remain the same.

Lost and found number changes

In urgent cases (for example, a wallet or phone), you can inquire about lost items directly from the carrier. Due to the change of carrier, the previous lost item number will be changed to a new one.

The new lost and found number is 044 290 0000. You can call the number on weekdays between 9 am and 16 pm.
