Traffic will be diverted from Arolammintie to Teollisuuskatu starting June 2nd.

Riihimäen Vesi is renovating water and sewer pipes in poor condition in the Tavara-aukio and Arolammintie areas in Jokikylä. Due to the work, Arolammintie between Tavara-aukio and the Kulmala Puistokatu/Siltakatu roundabout will have to be closed to vehicle traffic starting on June 2. The road section will be closed until July 31, 2025.

During this time, vehicle traffic will be diverted to Teollisuuskatu. Vehicle traffic connection to Tavara-aukio will be maintained. Light traffic will be allowed to pass on Arolammintie throughout the entire project.

Lakeuden Maanrakennus Oy is the contractor for the project.
