Riihimäki's children's parliament will meet on Wednesday, November 20 at Antoni's house for the first time with its new membership for the season 2024–2025. Members are elected annually from the schools. The parliament gathers four students from each elementary school in Riihimäki, a total of 28 members.

The subject of this meeting is, among other things, the initial ideation of the renewal of the Peltosaari park complex. The park complex includes the Karlskogan playground and the park areas south of it. In addition, the rules of the children's parliament are formed at the meeting. Children get to deal with different topics at three activity points.

The meeting will be opened by Head of Education Outi Ervasti at 9.00:XNUMX a.m. He will give his opening speech on the theme of the child's right to learning, which is the same as the theme of the national week of children's rights.
