The Riihimäki Children's Parliament will meet again on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at the Monari Youth Center. The parliament consists of 28 members, four students from each elementary school in Riihimäki.

This time the topic of the meeting is active school trips, increasing after-school physical activity, and brainstorming ideas for clubs and events for youth services. The activity points will also present reading tips for schoolchildren to read during the summer.

The Children's Parliament's term and membership will change next time, at the next autumn meeting. This time, members will be awarded diplomas for participating in the Children's Parliament in honor of the last meeting of the term.

The Children's Parliament is part of the City of Riihimäki's Child-Friendly Municipality activities. The aim of the parliament's activities is to increase the participation and influence of children in Riihimäki in matters concerning children.

The Children's Parliament meets 2–3 times during the school year.
