The plot of the Kumela residential area located at Upokkantie 19 b is 5008 square meters in size, and the plot has 1002 square meters of building rights. The large plot is located in the middle of the settlement. The plot would be well suited for a construction company, as it is possible to build a company-style set of detached small houses on it.

Metsäkorve's plot, located at Korpelanpolku 8, is 1198 square meters in size, and it has building rights for 250 square meters. It is a corner lot at the end of a quiet road. Both plots are flat in terms of terrain.
