The library is closed on Saturdays in May.

The library will exceptionally only be open as a self-service library on Saturdays in May 2026. This means that there will be no staff on Saturdays, but you can shop independently on the ground floor of the library from 7 am to 21 pm.

The library's opening hours in May 2026 are:

• Monday-Friday 9 am-19 pm
• Saturday-Sunday closed

How to use the self-service library

• To use the self-service library, you need a valid Ratamo library card.
• Log in at the library's front door by showing your library card to the card reader and entering your pin code.
• The lower floor of the library is limited for your use. The upper floor is closed. Entering the closed area will cause an alarm.
• In the self-service library, you can borrow and return materials using the machines, pick up reservations, and read magazines or newspapers.

The library is also closed on weekends from June to August. The self-service library is still available to you. If you need help using the self-service library, we will be happy to help you during library opening hours.
