Situation update on March 26, 2024 at 14 p.m.: the city's feedback service, transaction service and map service are working again.

The city of Riihimäki's feedback service, transaction service and map service have a temporary malfunction, which is why the services are not available to the citizens of the city.

Through the transaction service, I apply for, among other things, building permits, environmental permits and permits for public areas.

The situation is currently being investigated with partners. The aim is to make the services available as soon as possible.

The situation was discovered on the morning of Monday, March 25. Investigation and repair work will continue on Monday afternoon.
