The City of Riihimäki invites its residents to respond to a well-being survey. Promoting well-being and health is one of the city's most important tasks. Among other things, the city must monitor the living conditions, well-being and health of its residents and the factors affecting them, and the city must set goals and measures for promoting well-being and health.
"To promote this work, a survey related to well-being, health and safety has been opened to city residents, the purpose of which is to find out how adults in Riihimäki are doing," says Well-being Coordinator Marjo-Kaisa Konttinen.
The online survey is open until June 8, 2025 and all residents of Riihimäki can respond. Go to the survey here.
The survey takes 5–10 minutes to complete. The results of the survey will provide valuable information for city officials and decision-makers to develop the city. In addition, the results of the survey will be utilized in Riihimäki and the welfare region in preparing a welfare plan and welfare report.
We primarily hope for electronic responses to the survey to facilitate analysis of the responses, but a paper questionnaire can be completed at Riihimäki Library (Kauppakatu 16) or Riksula (Antonin talo, Öllerinkatu 3) during opening hours.
The library is open until May 31, 2025, Monday to Friday 9 am to 19 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 15 pm. The library is closed on Sundays. In the summer season, starting June 1, 2025, the library is open Monday to Wednesday 9 am to 19 pm and Thursday to Friday 9 am to 17 pm. The library is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
During the winter season, the self-service library is open on weekdays from 7 am to 9 am and 19 pm to 21 pm, on Saturdays from 7 am to 9 am and 15 pm to 21 pm, and on Sundays from 7 am to 21 pm. During the summer season, the self-service library is open from Monday to Wednesday from 7 am to 9 am and 19 pm to 21 pm, from Thursday to Friday from 7 am to 9 am and 17 pm to 21 pm, and from Saturday to Sunday from 7 am to 21 pm.
