Tuition fees

Tuition fees are due in November for the fall semester and in April for the spring semester. Payment must be made by the due date. Delays in payment will result in a late fee and possible other collection costs, and will jeopardize the continuation of your studies at the college. Tuition fees can be paid in installments. The request for installments must be made before the invoice due date.

At the beginning of the school year, a new student can attend two playing or singing lessons free of charge. After two visits, the tuition fee will be charged in full. The tuition fee is charged in full even if the student interrupts his studies in the middle of the semester without a particularly compelling reason.

The City of Riihimäki's Education and Welfare Board has decided on the new tuition fees for the Music Institute, which will come into effect on August 1.8.2025, XNUMX.

The deputy rector of the music school can also process requests for fee reductions or free student places during the academic year, if the number of free student places is not full.
