Instructions for resetting your password

Registering for the O365 password change portal

Register your phone number for use in changing passwords. The phone number will not appear anywhere, but is intended only for this purpose. You can also provide an email address when registering.

Registration is done only once, as soon as you have received your rhlopetus.fi ID, and it takes place at:

https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/PasswordReset/Register.aspx?regref=ss prsetup

EVERYONE MUST REGISTER ON THE O365 PASSWORD EXCHANGE PORTAL!

  • If you forget your password, you can reset it yourself.

  • If you remember your password but want to change it, click here three different way:

    1. Open with a browser https://sts.rhlopetus.fi/adfs/portal/updatepassword address and enter identification information:
      Username: firstname.surname@rhlopetus.fi
      Enter the old password and the new password twice.
    2. You can change your password in O365 (settings i.e. "picture of stroller" → Change password).
    3. You can change your password via this link:https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/Default.aspx

      Here you can also reset (return) your forgotten O365 password.
      NOTE! If you are not registered on the password change portal and you forget your password, you cannot reset your password yourself. Contact the TVT representative.

The password is updated for all synchronized services after a delay of a few minutes.
