A jungle of tube plants
On the wetland trail, tube plants flourish. Tube plants can be distinguished by looking at the leaves.
A thunderbolt
The thunderbolt is large-growing, height 50-150 cm, the stem is rough-haired. The leaves are large and bifoliate. Serial inflorescence yellow-green. The outer edge of the leaves is spiny. In the past, the plant has been used, among other things, against dysentery, diarrhea and cough. You shouldn't touch the plant, because the plant's liquid is poisonous and just touching it, especially in sunlight, can irritate the skin badly.
Goat pipe
The lower leaves of the goat's pipe are finger-leafed. Goat pipe grows natively in coastal groves. However, it is familiar to modern people from gardens around settlements as an annoying weed. Goat's pipe spreads in large clumps underground, and even a small piece is enough to start a new growth. Uohenputki is also known as a wild herb whose first spring leaves can be collected in a salad and later used like spinach.
Bear pipe
The lower leaves of Karhunputki are three times double-leaved. Series inflorescence up to 20 cm wide and white.
Dog pipe
Daisy leaves are 2-3 times double-leafed, very lobed. Abundant in meadows, roadsides and yards.
