Anton's house

Anton's house is located in the culturally and historically significant Rautatienpuisto area. The building houses the facilities of two different city services, which can be booked.

Facilities for open welfare services

The premises are located on the right-hand side of the Antoni building entrance. Open welfare services offer premises for the use of associations and organizations. The premises can be used for meetings, courses, clubs and events on weekday evenings from 15 pm to 22 pm and on weekends from 8 am to 22 pm. The premises cannot be booked for private party use. The booking period includes preparation and final cleaning. The space rental includes use of the shared kitchen. The kitchen has a coffee maker, kettle and microwave. Each meeting room has its own coffee and water thermos. Dishes can be borrowed.

Meeting rooms:

  • Uno: 20 people (smartboard with HDMI and memory stick connection)
  • Hilda: 30 people (smartboard with HDMI and memory stick connection)
  • Andriette: 10-15 people (no meeting technology)

Organizing activities that are open to everyone and free of charge at the building is free of charge. Closed group and meeting reservations are charged according to the Culture and Wellbeing facility usage price list. Associations that support the city's goals of promoting well-being and health can reserve facilities through the reservation service.

Antoni's hall and courtyard building are rented by cultural and event services. The hall is located on the left side of the entrance.

Anton's Hall is available for rent for associations and clubs as well as for private users. The space is not available for rent for regular events. The hall is well suited for family gatherings, meetings or small events. Anton's Hall offers tables for around fifty people, and without tables the space can accommodate up to 80 people. The hall has a smart board. The yard of Anton's house is also available. The space is available for rent from Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 22 pm.

The hall rental also includes a modern kitchen area, which includes a large refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is tableware for about 50 people and coffee set for 30 people, the rental does not include tablecloths or textiles. The rental period includes the event preparations and final cleaning.

    One-time bookings maximum charge 10 hours/day. The minimum billable amount is €10. If an association or community organizes an open and free activity and/or event for the public, space rent is not charged.

    Unused, non-cancellable reservations will be charged at the price. If the reservation time is changed or canceled completely at least two weeks before the event or earlier, there will be no charge for the reservation or change. If the property is broken or otherwise damaged during the rental, the costs will be charged to the renter.
