Maauimala is located in a scenic spot on the ridge of Salpausselkä, next to the water tower, and the city center is just a stone's throw away. The land swimming pool, completed in 1956, has been filmed, among other things, in diving scenes for Spede Pasanen's film Millipilleri.

In the summer of 2024, a tent sauna will be in use, and our summer employee will take care of the heating and sufficient tepid water. Our customers are not allowed to add trees to the tent sauna themselves. Be careful not to throw too much water into the stove? Too much water causes the heater to cool down when the fire in the nest fades.
The sauna can accommodate eight adult sauna users on the rafts at a time.After visiting the sauna, you must take a shower before entering the pool.
The tent sauna is not available on Fridays.
