Standard shifts

Standard shifts can only be applied for using an electronic form. Please read the standard shift application instructions before submitting your application.

Available locations: Istuinkivi Sports Hall and Kalevantalo (entire hall, mirrored side and non-mirrored side)

Facilities sought: gym and weight room

Combat sports center
Season: June 1 – August 9, 2026
Facilities to be sought: 4 x tatami, taekwondo and boxing facilities

Fields (weather permitting and closure time for the Urheilupuisto fields due to the Wilderness Fair to be announced later)
Season: May 11 – September 27, 2026
Available facilities: natural grasslands, trotting track, Hirsimäki field, Peltosaari athletics and baseball field, football field, beach volleyball courts and grass tennis courts

Season: April 13 – November 1, 2026

Sports Hall (the date for use of the facilities will be determined once the completion schedule for the sports hall renovation is confirmed)

Swimming Hall
Season: August 18, 2026 - May 30, 2027
Available facilities: 25 m pool, training pool, water aerobics pool, sauna 1 and 2

1. We only accept standard shift applications made through the electronic booking system.
2. Each standard shift is applied for separately from the sports venue's own calendar. We do not take into account other shifts added to the additional information of the application. Shift applications for all shifts applied for must be submitted to the electronic system, even if the venue in question makes a joint application proposal.
3. Regular shifts are applied for one season at a time.
4. In the standard shift application, the start and end time of the season must be stated, if it differs from the standard shift. The period cannot be longer than a standard day.
5. In addition to the billing address, the standard shift application must include the contact person's e-mail address, phone number and Y-ID. The Y code is always used, if the club/association has one. We do not send invoices to email addresses.
6. Standard shifts can be canceled at a time only until the end of the standard day to which the standard shift decision applies.
7. The standard shift can be canceled two weeks before the shift free of charge. We bill non-cancelled (or less than two weeks) shifts according to the normal price list.
8. We do not bill for shifts we cancel due to an event or force majeure situation.
9. Within the club, teams in the same price category can exchange shifts with each other.
10. If the price category changes, it must be reported immediately. The number of price class changes is a maximum of two times per season.
11. The booker may not rent out their shifts.
12. The booker normally applies for one-off reservations for competitions, tournaments, etc. in connection with standard shifts, and immediately informs them of the days when the requested shifts are available. The extra shifts will be canceled immediately after this and returned to be booked by others. The innings mainly go ahead of the standard innings. One-off events are subject to a two-week cancellation obligation.
13. Standard shifts will not be granted if all reservation, contact person and billing information required in the application has not been submitted in connection with the standard shift application.
14. Standard shifts, one-time bookings or bookings for events are not granted to bookers who have payment arrears.
