to the booking conditions, instructions and practices in advance. Some of the spaces that can be reserved are paid and some
free of charge.
1. Reservation, Reservation period and number of reservations
- The reserved space and furnishings are available to the booker for the duration of the reservation.

- Expenses incurred from possible use other than that specified in the reservation (e.g.
guarding, organization and cleaning costs) will be invoiced to the person booking the space.
- The city is not responsible for customers' own devices or equipment when using the facilities
of the damages caused.
- The city is not responsible for goods left on the premises.
4. Content and nature of the event
- The content or nature of the event organized in the space to be reserved cannot be in conflict with Finland
