Advisory, information and remote services

Riihimäki library offers customers advice, information and remote services.

You can ask the library's customer service desks for help in finding, reserving and borrowing works. The library also helps with broader information search needs. Services can be requested on site at the library, by calling or by email.

The Library's Children and Youth Services help with information searches related to children's and youth literature.

The consultation is free of charge, but there will be a normal reservation fee for regional loans and long-distance loans booked through the consultation.

We lend materials that are not in our own collection, within the framework of the interlibrary loan rules agreed between libraries. There is a fee for interlibrary loan: see Dues. Copies at actual cost.
