International House Riihimäki offers guidance and advice to immigrants and international professionals regarding employment and entrepreneurship. We will draw up an integration plan with you if you are an unemployed job seeker. The plan will map out suitable goals towards employment together.

If you are interested in entrepreneurship, you can get information on questions related to starting a business from us and our partners. We work closely with the city's employment services, the business services of the South Häme employment area and Riihimäen Tilat ja Kehitys. We recommend requesting an appointment with business experts through our service point in Kotola.

You can get help with the following issues, among others:

• integration training
• recognition of qualifications
• finding a suitable place to study
• internship and work trial matters
• EURES advice.

Services for businesses

We also serve companies that need to find international experts for their company. We help find the right employee and, if necessary, promote the integration of the whole family in Riihimäki or Loppe. We provide advice on where to get help with the receptivity of the work community, so that the international expert feels like he or she is part of the work community.
