Open senior activities

The open senior activity of the city of Riihimäki is an activity open to everyone and free of charge. Pre-registration is not required and you can come along when it suits you.

The activities are organized at a meeting place in Riksula, at the library and Peltosaari, and in the summer at the Senioripuistoilu in different parts of the city.

When you need company, refreshment for mind and body, or activity in your everyday life, open senior activities are for you! Perhaps you have an aging loved one for whom participation in senior activities would be a good thing.

If you can't find an option in our activities that suits you, or you need support in finding a suitable activity, you can contact the Kotokartano Foundation's Tepsivä instructor at 050 598 2276. The Tepsivä instructor will help you find a way to participate in senior activities that is just right for you.
