Maintenance of green areas

The urban engineering center's park services build and manage parks, their playgrounds and skating rinks, as well as traffic and other public areas' green areas. The area of ​​responsibility also includes the maintenance of park forests, park statues and other monuments, and the decoration of the city.

Garden waste and twigs

The city does not accept garden waste or twigs. As a property owner, you yourself must take care of proper composting of garden waste and leaves or chipping of twigs. Dumping garden waste in public areas of the city or in nearby forests is prohibited. Along with garden waste, garden escapees, i.e. alien species, may enter nature.

If your own property does not have the possibility to handle garden waste, you must transport the garden waste to the place that receives it.
