Preparing and submitting the permit application electronically

You can electronically submit the following permits and notifications to building control:

• planning permission
• operational permit and notification
• landscape work permit and notification
• demolition permit and notification.

Submitting a permit application requires strong electronic identification. You can do it using online banking credentials or a mobile certificate.

Usually, the application is filled out by the chief designer authorized by the customer. Those starting a construction project and special designers have the right to follow the processing of the application and supplement it.

Construction phase

You can also attach special plans to the service as electronic files. The responsible foreman and chief designer enter the inspections performed according to their own inspection list into the service. The building inspectors of the Building Control Authority mark the inspections made with comments in the permit service, so that they can be seen by all parties involved in real time.
