Planning permission
Construction, alteration and demolition work are measures subject to a permit. Changing the landscape in the site plan area is also a measure subject to permission. Please read the permit decision carefully. The permit decision contains various permit conditions that must be fulfilled as the project progresses.
Apply for a permit electronically
You can primarily submit the permit application electronically. For a paper permit application, we charge 100 euros in accordance with the tax, plus the actual scanning costs.
Submitting a permit application requires strong electronic identification, which you can do using online banking credentials or a mobile certificate.
Usually, the application is filled out by the chief designer authorized by the customer. Those starting a construction project and special designers have the right to follow the processing of the application and supplement it.
Also attach special plans to the service as electronic files. The responsible foreman and chief designer enter the inspections performed according to their own inspection list into the service. The building inspectors of the Building Control Authority mark the inspections made with comments in the permit service, so that they can be seen by all parties involved in real time.
