Map orders and extracts
Due to the holidays, customer service will not be available from December 22, 2025 to January 6, 2026.
Register materials maintained in the spatial information system include, for example, information related to real estate, buildings, plans and the population. The most common map materials maintained by the city of Riihimäki:
Up-to-date station plan
- is a combination of legally valid site plans from the entire city area.
Base map
- is used as a base map for zoning and municipal technical planning. Objects depicted on the base map include real estate data, buildings and structures, traffic routes, various terrain objects, elevation data and nomenclature.
Land ownership map
- is a thematic map describing the land assets of the city of Riihimäki.
Riihimäki guide map
- The free map covers the city center and different neighborhoods.
Ortho aerial photos
- are well suited as a basis for various plans, for example in combination with a base map.
On the address map
- property division, buildings, address numbering, nomenclature and transport network are described.
Prices
The price list has entered into force on 8.9.2025 September 25,5. The prices include the currently valid value-added tax. The value-added tax is currently XNUMX percent. Products handed over as official duties are VAT-free.

The most commonly used file formats for submitting materials are .dwg AutoCad format, .shp shape format and .pdf Adobe Portable Document Format.
A separate decision or agreement will be made regarding the right to use digital map material, if necessary. Prices include VAT.
The basic fee is 40 euros, in addition to which the following is charged depending on the area:
- 10 hectares or less: 8,10 euros per hectare
- 11–100 hectares: 4,55 euros per hectare
- 101–1000 hectares: 3,34 euros per hectare
- 1001–3000 hectares: 2,23 euros per hectare
- 3001 hectares or more: 1,11 euros per hectare.
For example, a detached house plot of less than 1 hectare: basic fee 40 euros + 8,10 euros per hectare = 48,10 euros.
If the material needs to be edited, an additional hourly fee of 40 euros per hour will be charged.

- size A4: 4,46 euros per piece
- size A3: 5,06 euros per piece

- size A1: 8,91 euros per piece
- size A0: 15,19 euros per piece
Paper color prints
- size A4: 10,13 euros per piece
- size A3: 12,15 euros per piece
- size A2: 18,22 euros per piece
- size A1: 22,26 euros per piece
- size A0: 30,36 euros per piece
Prices include VAT. If the material needs to be edited, an additional hourly fee of 40 euros per hour will be charged.

The hourly rate is 40 euros per hour. VAT is included in the price.
