In the explanatory part, the content of the regulations and their application are interpreted, as well as the legislation on the basis of which the regulations were issued.

The most important changes for residents in the new waste management regulations concern the intervals between emptying waste containers and the obligation to collect plastic packaging waste, which has come into effect in stages from 1 January 2021, but no later than 31 May 2022.

The emptying interval and self-handling of sedimentation and closed well sludge remain unchanged, but the waste board reminds you to notify the waste board about self-handling. If self-processing concerns the sludge of a maximum of four residential properties, a deviation from the waste management regulations must be requested from the waste board. You can bring to the depot collection point free of charge:

Mixed waste, cardboard, glass, paper, Styrofoam, wood, durable wood, brick, concrete, tires, plastic or garden waste cannot be brought to the depot's collection point.
